My wholesalers are trying very hard to keep things going for their retailers and are more or less back to full time work now with most of their staff
We are experiencing some problems with postage parcels get posted within 24hrs of ordering and some arrive the next day and some are taking longer and as no one is being asked to sign they are hard to trace But I am happy to issue a refund if I cannot get you your bit to you within in a reasonable time Hilary xx

This website is the work of Hilary Vernon who has over the last 19 years worked as a full time Bitting Clinician travelling over the U.K and parts of Europe lecturing and demonstrating the art of Bits and Bitting
Hilary has spent 32 years in the Saddlery Trade having started the original Bit Bank and began designing bits for TBB; she is also a qualified Riding Instructor, a Saddle fitter, an equestrian author and a keen Rider and Carriage Driver.

I first met Hilary Vernon when she came to do a clinic at a livery yard I was running & it was a bit of a ‘lightbulb moment’.We spend a fortune on saddle fit & physios,but rarely consider the physiology of the horses mouth,how it connects to the rest of the body & how much it influences their way of going,yet it is one of the major routes of communication from rider to horse.I was delighted when Hilary offered to train me to fit her bits & give me the opportunity to make many more horses comfortable in their mouths & improve that line of communication.
Leisa is based in a couple of areas at the moment and can cover Staffordshire and surrounding counties just ask her she has done a lot of traveling lately on her bitting quests

Nickatie become an Equine Muscle Release Therapist graduating in 2004. Since then she has done other courses to complement the soft tissue and facial release work that she does. Her clients ranging from local owners with one horse to high level competition riders as well as breeding studs producing some fantastic dressage and event prospects. In 2019 Nickatie met Hilary and was so impressed by the changes with her own horse in her bits she decided to pursue things further and asked Hilary to train her and Hilary agreed !
Nickatie has a wonderful client base in a wide range of areas Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and is prepared to travel

I am always happy to refund if this happens but do try to communicate well by email if you have not received goods quite as quickly as I would like it does not happen often but it does happen
However if you buy a bit from me on line and then decide to send it back there will be a restocking fee of £10
