Arrival in U.K April 2014 
8.15 April 5th a long all nighter by road and sea and an almost catatonic un named barely handled boy arrives 
​He lay on a pile of hay all day in the paddock with a bucket of water by his side

Day 2 Clipped and cleaned and medicated 
It took Ian hours to carefully clip all the dead hair and muck off while carefully avoiding the sore weeping skin and the bony angles

All cosy in rugs, add lib hay and healing herbs to kick start his system 
Everyone on the yard donated equipment or skills in his first few weeks

And then a bit of a blip where I fall off hard [once was enough] and Gordon decides he cannot cope with his new life and has a little melt down !!   A conference ensues and between Ian, Me, Matt Hicks and Gordon
And he's off to Matts where there's more turnout and more schools and off road hacking 
 I get some confidence and remind my self I can ride a little

Gordon was 14.3 when I got him and a 46 " Girth and Medium Wide saddle fit width 
He is now in 2016 15.1 a 50" Girth and Extra Wide Saddle Width

​My first trip out with Gordon for a lesson with Ian Smeeth he was amazing so well behaved on and off the box and in the arena so thrilled with my boy I am clearly listening to Ian and Gordon is not

My second  trip out with Gordon Polework Clinic at Hicks Equestrian He was such a super boy very excited to be back at Matts and very enthusiastic about the polework

Third trip out Dressage he won his Walk and Trot test beautifully ridden by Charlotte

Second Competition Dressage he was second in  his Walk and Trot test with me on board ! #haventcompetedfor30yrs Pity I then proceeded to go wrong twice in the next test despite it being read to me !!
